One side is set with \u003c\/span\u003ecarnelian\u003cspan\u003e, while the reverse is set with \u003c\/span\u003ebloodstone.\u003cspan\u003e The central setting rotates within its silver framework, allowing either stone to be displayed.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"\u003eBloodstone and carnelian have a long history in jewellery and personal adornment. B\u003cspan\u003eoth are varieties of chalcedony, a form of quartz, and were particularly popular for seals and fobs during the Georgian and Victorian periods. Carnelian, with its warm reddish colouring, has traditionally been associated with courage and vitality, while bloodstone has long been regarded as a stone of protection and strength.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSpinner fobs were practical as well as decorative, allowing the wearer to turn between two different stones or engraved surfaces.
