Echoes Rewards
Echoes Rewards is a simple way to earn credit towards future pieces.
Customers who create an account with Echoes automatically begin collecting rewards when they shop. These rewards can later be redeemed as discounts on future orders.
Creating an account
To take part in Echoes Rewards, customers must first create an account on the website.
You can do this two ways:
- Click on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom right of the screen and sign-up via the Rewards portal
- Click on the person icon in the top right of the screen (if using a laptop or desktop computer), or by clicking the three horizontal lines on your mobile screen to access the menu and like the person icon / 'Log in' option.
The email address you use to log in will be associated with your Echoes Rewards.
Once an account is created and you are logged in, rewards will automatically be recorded when you make a purchase.
How rewards are earned
Customers earn 3 rewards for every £1 spent on the website.
Rewards are added to your account once your order has been completed.
Rewards accumulate over time and can be saved for future purchases.
Rewards can be collected even on discounted items.
Redeeming rewards
Rewards can be exchanged for order discounts.
200 rewards = £5 off your order
Rewards can be redeemed in £5 increments, up to a maximum of £20 per order.
Any unused rewards remain in your account and can be used on a future purchase.
Using your rewards
To view your rewards balance or redeem a discount, click on the green 'Rewards' button in the bottom right of your screen while logged into your account.
Once you have enough rewards available, you can generate a reward code to apply at checkout.
Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes.
