Shipping policy
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom
You can choose one of two options at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature
Both services include proof of delivery. If you choose the ‘with Signature’ option you will need to sign for your parcel before it’s given to you. We recommend choosing this option for orders over £50.
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom
You can choose one of two options at checkout:
- Royal Mail International Tracked
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
Both services include proof of delivery. If you choose the ‘& Signed’ option you will need to sign for your parcel before it’s given to you. We recommend choosing this option for orders over £50 or the equivalent amount in your country’s currency.
International Duties and Taxes
For international orders, we use Royal Mail for shipping. Orders to the United States are shipped using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning all import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout — so there are no additional fees on delivery.
For Australia, Canada and Japan, Royal Mail does not currently support DDP. This means any import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs office will need to be paid by you upon arrival. These charges vary by country and order value. If payment is not made, your parcel may be held, returned to us, or even destroyed. You should consider the cost of these duties and taxes before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any delays to customs.
Customers located in the European Union (EU)
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the EU at the moment. Please read this notice for more information about this.
Customers located in the United States (US)
International orders are shipped using the DDP method via Royal Mail. This means any import duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and charged at checkout — typically including a base tariff rate, applicable VAT, and customs handling fees. There will be no extra charges upon delivery.
