Refund policy
Pre-loved, vintage and antique jewellery may show signs of wear relative to their age. We do our best to highlight any flaws or imperfections as part of the individual item descriptions, which include photographs. Please ensure you have reviewed the entire description before purchasing and get in contact with us if you need any more information about an item.
For online orders purchased and delivered within the United Kingdom, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return has been approved the items must be returned to us within 14 days for a refund to be processed.
Customers are responsible for paying the delivery fees of returned items. We recommend using a tracked mail service to ensure proof of delivery. Original postage is non refundable unless the item is damaged (proof of which is required) or not as described (further communication to determine this is required).
Items purchased and delivered to eligible countries outside of the United Kingdom are not eligible for refunds, unless the item is damaged (proof of which is required) or not as described (further communication to determine this is required). Customs fees are non-refundable.
