Carolyn Pollack silver and amazonite ring, hallmarked Birmingham 2010, size L (US 6)

A stunning silver ring by Carolyn Pollack, set with an oval amazonite stone within a decorative clawed mount. The stone is opaque, with a muted blue tone and soft internal streaking visible beneath the surface. The shoulders are decorated with an engraved and oxidised Southwestern design — characteristic of Pollack’s work.

Amazonite has been used since antiquity, including in ancient Egyptian jewellery and amulets. In gemstone tradition it is associated with balance, clarity and thoughtful communication.

Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 2010, with maker’s mark 'CP' and '925'.
