Mackintosh style earrings, Edinburgh import 1998

A pair of silver drop earrings featuring an abstract openwork design of interlocking curves and spirals. The upper section forms a circular spiral motif, while the lower portion extends into flowing, symmetrical loops reminiscent of Celtic or Art Nouveau influences. The earrings are fitted with simple wire hooks for wear. Please note the original hooks were damaged and so have been replaced with new ones. 

Each earring bears Edinburgh import hallmarks for 1998.
