Silver and carved black stone cuff bracelet, hallmarked London 2022

A sterling silver cuff bracelet set with a large carved black stone panels (likely to be carved Whitby jet overlaying black onyx). The central element is constructed in layered form, with a raised faceted oval over a scalloped surround. 

The surface shows fine scratches consistent with wear; these are visible under close inspection but not obvious when worn.

The bracelet is formed as an open cuff and is adjustable to fit the wrist. The twin arms are textured with a scale-like pattern and terminate in small skull details — a subtle memento mori reference that contrasts with the polished silver frame.

The cuff is formed from flexible silver and can be gently adjusted to fit. There is slight distortion to the metal near the stone setting (see photos) but not noticeable when worn.
