Silver triple 'evil eye' ring, size M (US 6) - adjustable

An adjustable sterling silver ring set with three circular evil eyes, each mounted within a rounded bezel. The eyes are formed from layered coloured glass in deep cobalt blue, white and yellow, arranged concentrically around a central black pupil. The open design of the ring allows the eyes to be visible both from the top and beneath the ring. 

The evil eye is one of the oldest protective symbols in human history, with origins traced to ancient Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and South Asian cultures. The symbol was believed to guard against misfortune or harm caused by envy or ill intention. The eye motif functions as an amulet — not as something malevolent, but as something protective. It reflects or absorbs negative energy, returning it away from the wearer.

In jewellery, the evil eye became especially popular in the Ottoman Empire and later spread across Europe in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Today it remains widely worn as a symbol of protection, vigilance and resilience.
